I had a look at your KB, ouch is all I can say, first of all do not believe anyone who says they will keep it to one area, they are lying to get your guard down.
You will hear many people say go and fight them in cheap T1 ships, quite frankly there is no point, you will lose and add to their killboard, looking at your KB I think you may have taken that incorrect advice.
Being a small corp for new players is your issue, you are a prime target, if you go into another area they will follow you, they have no fear of you, you quite rightly realised that you need older players to step in, however they will not join your corp and neither will they step in to help you, people have their own objectives and unless they want a bit of pew as a primary objective they won't, you need to hire someone, but as you are a noob corp you don't have the funds. You are better off as a group joining another larger corp who has old players that know what they are doing.
Wait until you can fly at least fully T2 fitted Hurricanes / Drakes with BC V then set up a corp, then you have a chance.
Your best advice right here even though you dont want to hear it. When i was a nooblet some years ago i joined a small noob corp where the oldest player was maybe 6 -9 months old. They were mostly interested in missions and mining. We was constantly wardecced by wannabe pvp corps that were to scared to pvp in lowsec and null.
Even if you get rid of this wardec through a merc or boring them to death( how we usually did it), another one will replace it soon after more than likely. I moved to a better corp in a 0.0 renter alliance and improved my situation and went from there.
This too is your best bet. Find a corp with experienced players. Preferably one that is mixed both in player age and in pvp/non pve and join that. Work up from there. As you are your not going to get very much enjoyment out of Eve and your situation will greatly improve when you join a corp that isnt all noobs and has some people that pvp in it.
